Next Scheduled Cook:

UPDATED 6/19/21:  Welcome back to our website and thanks for visiting.   Our longer term customers may have been wondering, "so, when are they going to update their site and/or inform us of upcoming cooks?".  Well, frankly, we were too often overwhelmed by the orders that would come in when we gave notice of our next cook date.  So, what we've been doing for about a year now is to complete a cook and, then, contact our more regular customers what is available for them to purchase.   For anyone who's interested in some of our product, please either drop us an email, text or phone call AT LEAST TWO WEEKS IN ADVANCE OF THE DATE NEEDED.   Also, you can still use this website to place your personal order by clicking on the tab at the top of the page labeled  "ORDER" if you'd like.   I will gather those orders and schedule a cook specific to those that come in.

LAST WORD:  You probably are aware that beef and other meats have risen in cost at the grocery stores.  Accordingly, I've found it necessary to adjust my prices to simply cover my costs and some of my supplies.  I trust you will understand.

Again, thanks for visiting our website today and remember, orders will always be filled on a first-come-first-get basis.   Those who's orders do not get filled will go to the head of the line for our next cook.
